You aren't Chinese, so you shouldn't be saying anything (much less laughing). That was really rude. You jthink you know everything, don't you? I'm Chinese, you're not, so I know a lot more than you do. You have a lot of knowledge on things, but when it comes to things like Chinese culture/beliefs, you just shouldn't say anything... And don't pull that ODD shit with me. ODD is just another excuse to be a defiant little bitch to anyone and anything you don't accept. Just because someone isn't a certain ethnicity doesn't mean they don't know anything about it. Hello, it's called school and research. You learn about different cultures throughout your life. You would know that if you weren't throwing temper tantrums to get out of actually paying attention. Who the hell are you to judge someone's intelligence? Regardless of your culture, I'm damn sure someone who's been through high school and college knows a hell of a lot more than you on the subject and in general. -------- Now, as for the original topic. While I do believe in the occasional whack of a child's behind, I think this goes to show why it's typically a bad idea to hit your kids for small things, like say homework or not doing the dishes. In my eyes, he had it coming. Shame about the friend though.

Just because you are Chinese doesn't mean your perspective on their culture is not skewed. You're not the only Chinese person on this site, just so you know. Besides, I've had enough Chinese friends whose parents I've met who actually AGREE with me, and hence they are here in the USA! I never claimed to know everything, but I'm certainly not going to bend to a little girl stricken with one of the worst cases of IPS I've ever seen.

Wow, what a spoiled, rude little brat! She's one who should have received 1,000 smacks.
Ra,

I'm just saying since I'm Chinese and Zoe isn't, I'm always going to have more knowledge on Chinese cultures/beliefs than she does... even though she has waaaaay more knowledge than I do on a million other things. EDIT: Okay, that was rude of me... sorry.

Just so you know, I lived in China until I was 7 years old... I was born there! And no, you wont have more knowledge about it. 7 years old. That gives you what? About 3-4 years of memory? Whereas there are people who have studied the Chinese culture for many more years. Just because you live and/or lived somewhere doesn't give you infinite knowledge about what goes on and how everything there works. It's amazing really. I've heard a LOT of disrespect coming from children, but not anywhere near as much as you've shown to the adults and youth on this site.

I'd hardly call anyone here a spazz. You're being downright disrespectful and you deserve to know it. I'm only being disrespectful because some people on this thread were disrespectful to me. I think you should read this thread starting from my first thread...

Other people actually online? Pfft how unthinkable. Being a little brat isn't standing up for yourself. Ra basically covered the rest of my thoughts on this.

I get in trouble because of mistakes I make, not because I was being rude on purpose. I can't remember the last time a teacher told me to stop talking in class... and I really should be in an advanced math class (too bad we don't have one at my stupid school). Math is too easy for me, and I'm ready for harder things. I have actually been on the honour roll more than once. I'm doing very well in school academically, so you can't say anything about that. =/ I may not be reaching your criteria of Chinese children born and raised in China, because I wasn't exactly RAISED in China. You'll see very little Chinese children who were raised here who will actually meet your "criteria". Ra, someone can be a different person in real life than on the internet, you know. If I had treated Zoe and TamaMum like I would to an adult in real life, I could possibly get suspended (from school). Don't think that I don't know that. Just because someone's a certain way on the internet, don't assume that they're like that in real life. Haven't you heard of "cyber bullying"? Sure, those people bully others on the internet, but you can't be sure that they're like that in real life. =/ Guess I've said all I had to say...

I agree with HSMfangirl12 - I mean we aren't here to bash kids now are we? it seems thats all you and ra do.
So all of you stop being bitches or else. Also once again I stress these two points. Stereotyping - FOr real, you can go about categorizing your pokemon but you cant do that for humans. It doesn't work. it's like saying ' Men are the strong silent type' or 'kids who wear glasses are nerds'. So how can you go about going on about chinese people like that eh? And people tell me I'm racist. I mean what aload of shit. I hate sterotyping yet it seems that the two people dispensing this shit is you two, semi-adults who think they know everything and there for assume they know everything about the private lives of others on an INTERNET FORUM. Just because you were 13 - ages ago does not mean that being 13 now is the same. So shutup. Which brings me to my second point. How well do you know someone just by looking at their posts on an internet forum? Not very well. I suggest you guys start re-thinking your phrases before you act or sooner or later we'll be seeing members leaving this site due to your unsightly behaviour. Leave the telling off to their parents, just because you are an adult (or act like one) does not give you those rights. This is the second time yo guys want to 'beat NKP and that other girl (hsmfangirl12)' Shutup and stop bitch fighting before I go get a mod okok? NKP |
