I've decided to invest in the Ikea EKTORP series. I drove out to Stoughton to get the couch/cover in red, but had to order the corner couch online. What started out as an anticipated $500 expense quickly became $2000.

The citizens of my city feel that any law not enforced by the government is not a law worth following. Common sense, for instance, is not required by law, and therefore is scarce. What's more unfortunate is that we're left to dictate our own rules of common courtesy. When this task is left to hopeless morons, they tend to forget. Maybe we can print some of these and tape them to people's doors. Then again, that's my faith in literacy speaking. Nevermind.

What a completely pointless waste of time this weekend was! I got a call from Roxxy's dumb brother, some crap about his dumb band or something, because they're splitting up, I don't know... Apparently he was screwing with the electronic DJ stuff and he messed it all up. Roxxy told them to call me, as if I even want to help him after what happened.
